ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Ensures that billing, clearing, filing, and callback duties are fulfilled on a daily basis by performing these tasks or assisting others in completion of these tasks
+ Supports executives, managers, and supervisors with ad hoc requests
+ Completes, assists in completion, or delegates routine office duties to office staff and otherwise relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail by performing the following duties
+ Codes out payable(s) for the work center manager to approve on a weekly basis
+ Composes and types routine correspondence
+ Files correspondence and other records
+ Compiles and types statistical reports
+ Assist with general office duties
+ All other duties as assigned
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations
+ Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
+ Ability to use a computer including the Google suite (Gmail, Drive, etc...) and the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
+ Ability to create, develop, and manipulate Excel sheets.
+ Ability to utilize a smart phone for app-based inventory systems including pairing with external Bluetooth devices
+ Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
+ Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
+ Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
+ Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
+ Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
